INFO FOR PARENTS
At The Haven Family Enrichment Center we use software from Procare Solutions to manage information about the students who attend our programs and to communicate with their parents. This software allows us to maintain all of our information about the student and their parent digitally, including emergency contact information and who is authorized pick them up. Students need to be registered each school year so that we have current information on file. Please use the link below to register your student. Please note that you can register multiple children at a time, which will link them together as siblings, and also provide multiple authorized pickups.
Procare also offers a parent app that enables you to update your information, receive notifications when your student checks in or out, and communicate with our staff. Once we have an email address for you, we can send you an email from Procare with a unique 10-digit code and instructions on how to create an account.
